Refund policy

📦 Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not 100% satisfied, you may return your item within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, manuals, and seals (where applicable) must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Opened software or digital products.
  • Earbuds or in-ear headphones that have been opened (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If the item was used or returned in poor condition, we may issue a partial refund or reject the request.


🔁 Exchanges

If you'd like a different item, size, or color:

  • Please return the item first, then place a new order.
  • Exchanges are processed as new orders to ensure quicker turnaround.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping.
  • If the return is for any other reason (change of mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for return courier fees.
