We deliver nationwide across South Africa via trusted courier partners.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Major cities (e.g. Pretoria, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban) 1–4 business days
Outlying / rural areas 3–7 business days

Note: Delivery time may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or high-demand periods (e.g. Black Friday).


4. Delivery Fees

  • Standard delivery: Calculated at checkout based on your location and product weight/size.

  • Free delivery may apply for qualifying promotions or minimum order thresholds (as advertised on the site).


5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your parcel directly on the courier’s website or via the link provided.


6. Failed Deliveries

  • If no one is available to receive the order, the courier will attempt delivery again.

  • After multiple failed attempts, the package may be returned to us. Re-delivery will incur additional shipping charges.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect your parcel on delivery. If an item is missing or damaged, notify us within 48 hours.

  • Include clear photos and your order number when reporting issues.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund if the issue is validated.


8. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. All orders must be delivered within South Africa.
